It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home can accommodate 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 level deck, one covered and one open. Large driveway loop and parking area for multiple boats. Deer and Turkey can be seen regularly in the yard.

Country get-away! Only 35 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow beautiful, peaceful strolls. There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.

Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
