Cook up your favorites in a kitchen equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer. Spend leisure time in a spacious living area, complete with a TV and internet access, ensuring entertainment options for everyone. Essential comforts like linens and towels are included; however, do remember to bring your swimming towels for the local pools. Guests are expected to have temporary membership to enjoy the social and sporting facilities of Hoburne Club enjoy cafes, bars, heated pool, and a variety of sports venues including tennis and multipurpose courts. This is at an extra cost of guests collected by the owner and also ensures that your parking is hassle-free with two designated spaces just for you. As for your furry friends, they re welcome too, making it a perfect getaway for the whole family. Hoburne cotswolds Water Park Lodge

The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. See Hoburne's website for details on pools, bars, Gym, Sauna, boating lake and shows etc. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

This is Our Chalet situated on the Hoburne Holiday Park, Cotswolds. Its a two bedroom wooden structured unit, insulated and heated with lounge / diner and separate bathroom. It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. It’s set within the Cotswold Water Parks where there is an abundance of things to do for everyone. * Please see notes in The Space about temporary refurbishments Nov 23 - May 24. The farm is a working farm with over 400 acres of fields and woodland, so the chalet offers a real taste of the countryside, as well as an ideal location for excursions.

The Chalet is in Cotswold Hoburn Holiday Park which is in the Cotswold Water Park. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. The chalet is in a quiet area overlooking the lake only a 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Entertainment passes are available to use swimming pools and entertainment for £66 (2025) and cover everyone in chalet. It is preferred that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
