Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. We gathered for a family member’s celebration of life, so this was the perfect place for our family to be together and hang out since we are from all over the country. And the walk to beach is quick and the view of the ocean is great! The upper floor has the best view. We hope to return to this property in the future.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

House was a perfect home away from home with all the kitchen gadgets, beds and tv space

Beautiful home with lots of room for a party of 7. My two teenage kids love the lower level that was like an apartment on its own. They had a blast!! Very comfortable bed with very clean white linen. Amazing view on the two decks. Beautiful kitchen that had all the basic. My only suggestion is to add a strainer over the kitchen sink drain to catch small food particles and avoid clogging the drain. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln beach. Thank you!!

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable, Hot tub was great. After walk on beach and so was the fire place. Didn't find any floats on the beach, might have come try again. Thanks for all the great communication Tim.

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

We had such a nice beach vacation at Surftides. Kimberly was a gracious host and our stay was easy and without any problems.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Unit 102 felt right at home! And the views right out the patio are absolutely incredible. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. There was some neighbor noise from above us, but that’s expected being on the bottom floor. Will absolutely stay here again!!

The condo was exactly as described, has great beach access, and was very comfortable overall. I underestimated how much noise I would hear from the neighbors, but other than the early wake ups from the neighboring alarm clock, didn’t have any issue.

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

This was a great condo with a beautiful beach front view. It was wonderful that they provide a full kitchen with kitchenware. The shower heads were a little finicky but nothing too bad. Overall great place, I would stay again!
