Open-plan living which flows to the outdoor entertaining space featuring a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Two bedrooms have private ensuites, and two rooms can be set up as super king or twin beds. Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. Luxurious year-round relaxation!

Your private space is under the main house with it’s own entrance. NOTE: 1km to Black Barn Wedding Venue. Living room and main bedroom open onto large deck and flat lawn. Two kayaks available at the jetty-SPA POOL NOT USUALLY available-owners often not home to keep it clean!! However enquire to use spa-Surchage applies.

French Style Cottage

Beautiful cottage on a private fenced section. Has a wellness room with infra red sauna. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other has a single bed. The cottage suits a couple and a third person. Off street parking at the back of the house, plenty of room to park a boat. No gate over driveway. Small front lawn with a lavender garden and view of the lake from the front deck. Large living room with french doors to deck. A beautiful space with a healing energy, perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Little Sequoia is a seperate dwelling on its own, set amongst beautiful gardens and trees. Escape in the peaceful surroundings while enjoying the use of the Sauna & Spa haven. Talk a walk around the beautiful gardens & look out for the native birds amongst the trees. Short 10 minute drive to Taupo township, award winning restaurants & bars on the Lake side.
