Welcome to Chez Plaisance! Offered as a three-bedroom, one & 1/2-bath bayou-side destination. There is one bedroom (Full size) and one bathroom, with bathtub and shower downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. One has a daybed with a trundle, allowing beds for 2/3 in each room. A covered double carport and a screened patio offers outdoor space for parking/ gathering. *Kayak rental and fishing/hunting guide services available*

Situated in the heart of a quaint/quiet city on the main street (also known as the Old Spanish Trail) and on the path of the Lower Atchafalaya River. Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
