As per the listing, the house is very comfortable and nicely furnished, and located near a great shopping and restaurant strip as well as public transport. A well stocked staples pantry and well equipped kitchen made self catering very easy. Rebecca was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at Herittage Charm

We had the most incredible stay! The home is even nicer than the pictures and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool, the lovely backyard, the yummy cafe down the street and the local park. Plus, it was an easy tram ride into the city with lots of shops only a very short drive away. Kathryn was the best host, who was really responsive, kind and helpful throughout our stay. We are eager to book for next year!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

Very good, enough space. Neel is very friendly and responds very fast and proactive. Also near to Ormond station like 5 minutes walk. We like to have a garden and all in all very good!

I stayed for a few nights while I was visiting my family. Great location and easy to get around the area. Apartment had plenty of room to move and kitchen facilities had everything I needed. Bathroom was modern and spacious

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Wonderful little air bnb, great location. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beaches and the train station. Check In was super easy and Roger was very responsive. Only suggestion I would make is it would benefit to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as they got quite warm at night. Thank you for letting us stay.

This was a good location and I appreciated Julia's flexibility. The apartment was clean, comfortable and she has lovely staff working for her. Julia was responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at her property in the future.

Another wonderful stay at Rosie’s apartment. Modern, bright and spacious apartment with a very comfy bed! Fantastic location close to beach, shops and transport. Rosie is very responsive and friendly and I would love to stay again.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
