Ideal for work, shopping or visiting New York city, this beautiful cottage is located right in Rowayton High Street. Encompassing one bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge, this house can accommodate up to 3 people. Take a walk along Five Mile River, check out the local highly recommended seafood restaurant or visit the local farmer's market. In the summer enjoy a short stroll to the residents only Bayley Beach. This house is not recommended for children under 13 due to its open staircase.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

Our beautiful and clean beach house is 4 houses off the Long Island Sound where you will enjoy private beach rights. The house is filled with everything your family will need to be comfortable during your stay. There are plenty of toys, ride on toys, and sports equipment for indoor or outdoor play as well as everything needed for cooking. Our house is also walkable to many stores and restaurants.

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
