Stayed here for a quick weekend trip with my girlfriend and we had a blast. Not only was the view perfect, but there were super clear instructions on everything that needed to be done. The hot tub was perfect to cool off steam and the area was just perfect. Just a quick 3-5 minutes from the the main street. Would definitely recommend if you are in Estes Park!

We loved this place right on the water AND walkable to downtown. The bedroom we stayed in had a view right out to the water and also had dining and seating area with a view as well. So peaceful. Shower had great water pressure which is always a win for me. Bed was super comfortable and the house had no problems staying warm in the cold weather. Kitchen stocked with every thing we needed, too!

We love staying at Mary's place when we are visiting our son in Boulder!. It is very convenient and offers a very roomy place with a large grassy lawn, views and a hot tub. Mary will be our go-to place in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless throughout the entire process. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from The Stanley, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plus, it was super easy to find, which took all the stress out of arriving. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of natural light. It had a beautifully landscaped yard with an awesome hot tub. There are tons of beautiful art and photos throughout the house. I have rented many Air B&B's in the past, and this property is one of the best. It exceeded our expectations.

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

Unique Denver stay! We enjoyed this urban farm, with lots of outdoor space where we could chill with the numerous family and friends we were visiting. Ryan is super responsive and flexible; when we had an issue with the security system he and his neighbor were on top of it. Given that it’s an urban farm, it is a bit rustic, and not in a walkable hub of public transit, but we got to see a fox come through the yard for a drink one morning, which wasn’t expected at all.

Home is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Very welcoming, open space, not cluttered, very nicely decorated, looks brand new. Bedroom and bathrooms were immaculate! Kitchen has everything you need. You can walk to 511 Rose restaurant. We LOVED the creek out back. It was so wonderful to watch and hear the flowing water!! 5 Deer visited us as well! Great location - only minutes to Loveland ski mountain! We had to change our reservation a bit at the last minute due to work and Reyn was very accommodating! Thank You!

This cozy guest house is perfectly situated close to campus and in a historic neighborhood. The surrounding mature trees, yard and patio were lovely and relaxing. The interior space was a combo of clean new upgrades and quaint historic details, which suited us perfectly. We’d love to stay again.

It was an amazing stay, only thing id say is that the heaters aren’t that powerful and It seemed like the fire place could have worked its just there was no wood! But it was an amazing place to stay and rest for a couple days! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a very good experience, Tonia was very responsive and friendly. The highlands is a very peaceful area in Denver with lots of restaurants and things to do. The space was comfortable and very unique with all of the artwork. Would definitely stay here again!

a wonderful place to stay for beautiful cottage core vibes in Littleton, Colorado! Far enough outside of Denver where you don’t have to worry about a lot of noise and traffic, but still close enough to go and do everything you want to do!

We had a great time. The hosts were very communicative. The house was warm, beautifully decorated and gave us a sense of history being on the mountain to ski. It deepened our experience and was lovely.

Kodiak Lodge is a wonderful Airbnb - a little piece of magic! The location is fabulous but the lodge is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the shuffleboard especially! Also have thank you for the larder with basics - so convenient!

Very clean and convenient. A great location and hosts were able to accommodate an early check in very last minute.

The only feedback we had that would have made it better, is if the bed was more comfortable. Unfortunately it was a little bowed / U shaped and it felt a little like sleeping on a trampoline. It was a little uncomfortable because we were falling into each other each night. think they should look into upgrading the bed in the future (: everything else was super cute and we loved the shower !!

Was a nice and cozy place. Our family loved it! It was local to all the fun things to do on grand Avenue, plus walking distance to the lake. Our host was very responsive and the place was immaculately clean! We would definitely stay there again.

Thus property was fantastic. Great location, beautiful views, clean property,comfy beds, like a second home! We will be back!
