Went the first week of April and it was beautiful. The house is stunning when you walk in and see the views from the living room and dinning room. Even more amazing when going out on the deck. The house is very spacious and comfortable for everyone. It was cooler in the basement but there are some space heaters that warmed the rooms up nicely. The hot tub was clean, easy to use and very relaxing with so many different jets and options. Unfortunately there was still snow on the pickleball court but there was still plenty to do inside with basketball shooting game, ping pong, puzzles, games, and just relaxing and watching movies. We definitely would come back.

The Blue Bear Lake House was the perfect place to host our family gathering! A gorgeous setting with all the amenities we could ask for. We used all 26 beds and even a bit of floor space and everyone was comfortable and happy. We prepared 3 evening meals and had plenty of pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, and utensils to put it all together. The spacious kitchen & fridge/freezer held everything and then some. We did morning barre on the back lawn and the kids loved the play set! We used both the BBQ and the fire pit and everything was perfect. Thanks for a great time!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this Airbnb in Bear Lake! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was great—just a short drive to the lake and other local attractions. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again!

Jonathan did a great job of providing a very clean, beautiful home that met our expectations and more. He put up a Christmas tree as a welcoming touch that we really enjoyed as we spent the holidays there with our family. It was a great experience.

Great area for snowmobiling. The snowmobile trailhead parking lot is less then a half a mile away. We left our trailer parked there due to the parking and driveway not being the best for trailers. Jennifer made us aware of this prior to our stay and it wasn't an issue at all. The snow in March going out of this trail head is not ideal, but Emigration campgrounds area is less then 20 minutes away and is an amazing area to ride and probably got us into the best snow we have been into all year. Even with the parking lot full, there was so much area that we hardly seen a soul all day riding and had plenty of fresh untracked snow to go play in. The home was very accommodating for the group we had and we had plenty of room for everyone to not be on top of each other. We would stay here again and hope to check it out in the summer time.

This house has many bedrooms for each of our guests. Chad was easy to talk to and quickly responds. this house actually offers more than it showed it on the website. Pleasantly surprised! Thanks for having such a great house available for my larger crew.

Angela has thought of everything for her guests…good selection of small appliances in kitchen, shark dishes for kids (or adults😄), usb port in kitchen island, sharp knives, heating and cooling options in every room, built in toddler potty seat, night lights, spotless remotes, make up wipes in bathrooms…I could go on and on. It rained a lot during our stay but even that was wonderful because the view is incredible no matter the weather or time of day. Angela made our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

Perfect private space. We just wanted a quiet peaceful weekend with a view and that’s what we got! Thanks for your space!

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of three! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the neighborhood felt incredibly safe and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings while still being close to local attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, quiet retreat in a friendly area! Five stars all around!

Brennen’s place was perfect for what we needed. Do keep in mind this is a basement so you can hear people upstairs and sometimes when they cooked the smells got a little overwhelming but other than that the place was perfect! Thanks for hosting a great place!

Deanna’s place was perfect!! It was easy to find and it felt spacious, warm and inviting. She also has all the light switches labeled, which was a huge help. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and smells so fresh!! We made breakfast there and had all the cooking equipment we needed. Let’s talk about the beds though, they were like sleeping on clouds!! My husband’s shoulders usually ache when he sleeps, but they didn’t on this trip!! Most comfy bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom tile floors were also heated, so your feet didn’t freeze when you got out of the shower or while you were getting ready for the day!! Her neighborhood was quiet with beautiful landscaping everywhere!! My daughter and her husband stayed with us and they drive a full sized pickup truck, but had no problems parking it with the space available. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Logan.

We were glad to have had a cozy clean place to stay overnight while in town for a wedding. The accommodations were just right for our little family. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We live in the forest in the middle of nowhere so I was worried about city noise but it was really really quiet so that was a relief. My only issue was that it never got dark enough, due to street lights; shades or darker curtains on all the windows would have been nice to have but that may not bother others. There were dead ants in the bathroom floor which shows the host is aware and taking care of the issue, much better than living ants! The hosts responded quickly to our questions and needs, they provided simple food options and filtered water as well as entertainment options.

This was a very nice place to stay while in the Smithfield area! Very quiet, peaceful, clean and well stocked. Large save with necessary supplies. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

Great, friendly and very responsive host. The condo is in a wonderful location just across the street from the marina. There were so many birds and a herd of deer hanging around the property all weekend. The clubhouse with a large hot tub was just next to the building. We had such an amazing stay. Thank you!
