This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

What a fantastic stay we had! Lee was super helpful and patient when we needed to adjust the dates of our stay not once, but twice. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well-equipped with everything we needed for self catering. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The projector in the lounge was a fabulous, fun addition (my 10 year old watched a lot of YouTube on it...) and it was great to have a regular TV in the kitchen too. Of course, the highlight for us was the hot tub and swim spa -- absolutely outstanding, lovely and warm on arrival (and again, spotlessly clean). Our kids are 12 and 10 and LOVED the swim spa pool. The hot tub is incredible, and my husband and I enjoyed that as the sun was setting (the lights around the garden fence are lovely). The variety of bubble/jet settings were great. Having Lidl, Aldi, and Iceland a 3 minute walk away was very handy, and the big Morrisons is just a few minutes' drive.

Really helpful and straight forward throughout. All helpful extras in place to make for an easy holiday. plus a pool time share and pizza oven. what's not to like?

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We've stayed here before; this is our second visit. The house is just great. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a bug living room (with a jukebox!) and a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need in it. I love that John leaves stuff that you need like milk and essentials in the cupboards. Hebden Bridge is lovely, you can go on walks right from the back door of the house and everything about the house just feels like somewhere where John wants to make it feel personal and like you're welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation overlooking the park. Clean and comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen well equipped. Jo very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book again.

Had a lovely stay at Roberts place. It was spotless throughout and had a really cozy modern feel. Really comfortable furniture and beds. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Cheers again Jonny

The Cow Shed is a perfect place to stay - it is centrally located, has the perfect host and offers the chance to embrace what country life is all about with goats, sheep and chickens close to hand if you want to say hello to them. A wonderful place and I’ll be back!!

Thanks to Sarah for letting us stay. The place is so convenient for the beach and it was such a treat to have a house to retreat back to. Great communication from the host (we needed assistance working the heating). We hope to come back again!

Martins Farmhouse is a lovely, spacious house, furnished to a high standard and extremely well appointed. The location is very private and peaceful. We had a great few days with all our family - plenty space for adults, children, baby and dog. Would happily reccommend staying here.

Very much enjoyed our stay in Richard’s spacious place. No too far from the city centre, great communication and we were quickly able to resolve a scheduling problem which was much appreciated.

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosie’s place and we’ll definitely be back! Rosie is so lovely and communication was really easy. The property is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated, extremely clean and it felt like a real home from home. The local pub is a minutes walk over the bridge and there are lots of lovely walks nearby so the location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. I couldn’t recommend Rosie’s place enough!

We had a fantastic stay. Gaynor’s home is more than what we expected and the little extras were very appreciated. Its a lovely walk into the city and taxis were very reasonable if you didnt fancy the walk back. Overall a lovely break and we will be back.

Really nice modern 4 bed detached. Excellent location for football ground and local train station. Clean, spacious and all mod cons.

Lovely 1 night stay for work at Louise's place, would highly recommend to anyone!
