The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
