This is a great house. Secure bike storage, lovely outdoor area, super close to the centre of Bright, great kitchen facilities, solar panels! Super functional house. Located in riding distance to Mystic Mountain Bike park.

We booked Kates place to celebrate our parents 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! You absolutely get what you pay for at this stunning property. It is spacious, peaceful, has everything you could need for a blissful stay and is impeccably clean. A nice walk into town but far enough away that you don’t notice the school holiday crowds. Incredible views of the mountains, lush grounds around the property and styled to perfection. We would highly recommend Kates home to future guests. Thanks Kate for your attention to details and for allowing us to experience your beautiful home this week. 10/10!

How’s the serenity? Says it all. Not only an Aussie icon movie, the house lives up to it. The Doon has been a favourite destination for decades and the Castle has been a part of it. The lake is always spectacular whether it be sunrise or sunset, on a wooden deck, with a beer, some music. Absolute perfection !! The Doon Hotel will always be a favourite!! Thank you. Suffer in your jocks! We’ll be back!!

Had a fantastic week at Chris’s place. The house is great and exactly like it looks in the pictures. Bedrooms are big and all have Aircon. Living area has a huge TV and the kitchen is very modern. Garden is massive and the pool and water slide are next level! Our kids basically lived in the pool and loved the slide. If you are heading to Bright I highly, highly recommend Chris’s place - it’s only 2 mins drive from the town center. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely, new home overlooking the golf course. The age old debate with air bnb’s - make sure you pack the essentials like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder ect - it was inconvenient to head to the supermarket with 6 kids to organise. We did have a lovely time and would stay here again.

My family and I (14 of us all up) Stayed here over Anzac Day weekend for my parents 50th surprise wedding anniversary. My parents were over the moon to have the whole family together in this beautiful house. The lake house has plenty of space for a large group perfect for families it has perfect ammenities, very comfortable beds, walking distance to the Main Street and to top it all off a deadset beautiful view over looking lake mulwala. Aaron was also an absolute pleasure of a host and was so accommodating for us in every possible way so thanks very much mate, we’ll definitely love to stay there again one day down the track. I would definitely recommend staying at the lake house and hope you enjoy it as much as we did 👍🏻

our stay was super easy and comfortable, we had everything we needed and more. Kathy even left some easter eggs and a bottle of wine, the location was perfect, and everything we needed was close by including a playground by lake Mulwala at the end of the street for our toddler.

We were met by Steve who gave us an upgrade to a better room because the first wasn’t ready. We were given free access to the property which is in a lovely setting. We would definitely recommend Debby’s for a relaxing stay.

This is a five star resort esp with kids. Staff is very helpful and there are lots of activities to do.

David met us and gave us a run through and then left us, letting us know he was there if we needed anything The place was perfect for a last minute getaway and awesomely located between the town and the start of the road up to Hotham Also, lovely and warm 👌🏼

Two colleagues and I rented the place during the off-peak snow season (for work purposes) but even without the snow, it is in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The host was exceptional—always quick to respond to my messages and very accommodating. The only hiccup was that the neighbors were quite nosey. Great property for a family I will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at Feathertop due to the Snap Lockdown for regional. However, they have responded so quickly and so well to the lockdown, we were not stressed out at all. We got our refund in less than a week. Thanks Feathertop, hoping to stay with you next Snow Season.

I loved the location and how easy it was to follow the instructions of how to get there and check in. The room was just perfect for what I needed. It was clean, tidy and had the necessities. Customer care reached out and offered their support for any time of my stay which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely time at Marty’s Airbnb. The accommodation was beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up—every detail made us feel right at home. Meeting Marty was an absolute pleasure; he’s warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming space for his guests. We couldn’t recommend it any more highly. We’ve stayed in numerous Airbnbs in multiple countries, and this one has topped them all. A true gem of a place—we left feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about coming back!

Beyond grateful for this gorgeous air BnB that we were lucky enough to stay in over the weekend! The location of the tiny house is perfect, not too far out from Bright town centre, but far enough out that you get the peace and serenity with the stunning views in and around the house. Having been late April the weather was absolutely perfect for us and the trees surrounding the house made our stay even more enjoyable! The house was extremely clean on arrival with plenty of complimentary goodies that were provided for us as guests! The house itself is perfectly set out, cosy and was perfectly ideal for our 3 night stay! Check in easy peasy, and reaching out to our air BnB owners was as quick as a text message. There is not a single flaw I could find with this air BnB, it was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back and sharing with our friends !

The cabin was very clean had great yard for our little dog it had appliances that were required it was in good location for all Harrietville had to offer all round we found it very good it had great water presure excellent shower

We loved our stay at La Baracca. Holly-Louise was a great host, very friendly and open communication. The property was pristine clean inside and out, bed was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and amenities. Highlights were the delicious bread and muffins on arrival, watching a moon rise next the fire pit, relaxing in the beautiful surrounding garden and bird life, and getting acquainted with Steggles the Rooster and his two hens Tetley and Bushells. Would love to return again!

If you like the outdoors, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed - peaceful, private and Bel and Brendan are very generous with sharing their property, animals and lovely river swims and walks. The barn, whilst not large, was comfortable with all that we needed for our family of 4. We, including our 2 teenage daughters, enjoyed Mt Hotham hiking, horses, meeting friends in Bright and swimming at Joops Jetty. The fire pit and chairs outside allowed for a fabulous outdoor living room to enjoy the Autumn sun and under the stars in the evening. Great location on the river between Bright and Harrietville.

Loved our stay in the cabin, totally rustic and comfortable. Very private great place to relax under the stars!

This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, the accommodation was perfect (looks even better in person)! It was a great way to spend Christmas as a couple, the plunge pool keeps you nice and cool in Summer and I’ve already recommended to friends. You can tell it’s a family run location, everyone we spoke to was lovely. We’ll hopefully be returning to experience a Winter break soon 🙂

the moment you arrive at Maudes cottage you know it's special. the attention to detail, love, care and pride that Wendy puts in is exceptional. The cottage is picture book cute, perfectly clean and decorated, functional with style. Wendys messages were genuine and helpful... we definitely want to return one day and hopefully meet the lady behind this gem in the mountains... thank Wendy and Elle
