Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Your home away from home is a spacious & newly renovated basement/in-law apartment (approx 1100 sq feet) located below the main house, with its own private entrance, dedicated parking & in walkable neighborhood. The unit has a bathroom, full kitchen, living room & bedroom w/queen bed & extra tv. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

NOW WITH A HOT TUB!! Fully- private master bedroom suite available in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Northampton! Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Our airbnb is in a separate secure wing of our home, and within a family oriented neighborhood.

Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

Wake up among 100-year-old trees, then drive ten minutes into Amherst. Or hike out the door toward wooded trails. The apartment sits with our house on 5 acres of mature forest, high on a hill and facing the woods. With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is both peaceful and practical, great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, ideal for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. The Suprenant House
