The 2nd sunporch is air-conditioned, has a twin daybed and sitting area. Bungalow 3 offers a Queen Private Bedroom, a 2nd Private Bedroom with Two Twin beds, one bathroom with a walk-in shower/bathtub combo, a full kitchen, stove, full size refrigerator and dining table. Bungalow 3 is a maximum 5 person occupancy with ample parking at your door.

Comfortable room with full bathroom next door. Designated guest living room with smart TV, and xbox one. Netflix and Amazon Prime are included. Large outside patio with outside dining area. Long term lease options available at discounted rates. 850/mo for a lease. $300 security deposit. We have parakeets that can be kept in the room or we can remove as desired.
