Everything was exactly as described and as pictured. It was super clean and cozy.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, and it was the perfect place just to get away for the weekend.

There was an issue with the water well. The maintenance guys were there within the hour to resolve the problem. Which wound up being an issue with the pump itself. The well company was very prompt and fixed the problem. To have them pull a well, on Saturday before Easter Sunday, on short notice, was impressive. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you

This was such an amazing little getaway. It was in a cozy cabin with all the amenities you could ask for. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, but the pool table and shuffleboard were huge pluses. We spent the day in Hermann, which was only about a 30-minute drive, and this was a perfect place to come to after a busy day. I would stay again if I were in the area.

We went there for our anniversary and had the best time! The view was incredible and we were able to enjoy nature in comfort. The hot tub was everything!

We had a large group and the place was perfect for what we needed! Look forward to visiting again next time we are in Steelville to float!

My partner and I came for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The lake was beautiful, Lesley and the lodge staff were very friendly, and the hot tub was so nice to have access to. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking another stay at least once a year if not more. Thank you! 😊

We absolutely loved our time at The Honey Hideaway! The decor was charming and cozy—every corner felt thoughtfully designed. The view was stunning and made for the perfect morning coffee backdrop, and the overall comfort of the space made it so hard to leave. You can tell a lot of care was put into creating a warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful escape!

This place is amazing! Christina was so kind. She had Easter eggs for the kids hid through the air b and b! She had bacon eggs and snacks for us, which was appreciated so much! We went geode hunting, pet and feed the horses and goats. The cabin was clean and so cool! Extra spacious, stocked with everything you need, tons of board games, lots of towels and the beds were comfy! We traveled a little distance to go to elephant state park and Johnston Shut in's, so while it's peaceful, it's a short drive to a lot of neat stuff. I feel greatful to be able to stay somewhere so amazing with my kiddos! They loved every minute of it!

Wonder place. Very peaceful and hidden. The drive to the cabin makes you feel remote but there is a store is like 20 mins from the cabin if you need something. I would recommend an suv or truck to get there but not required. We got to meet the host and he is very friendly. He was working on the property but didn’t bother us at all. Very peaceful not noise but birds. The cabin was very clean and brand new. WiFi worked great and the fire pit is awesome. They had some wood for you to buy so you don’t have to run to the store. Super helpful. I definitely would stay again if we are In the area.

AMAZING STAFF!! The people who were working in the ranch were a delight and made us feel right at home :)) and the property was beautiful!! The communal showers and bathroom were VERY clean also and so was the whole camp!

We had a great time. The location is very secluded (just some cows for company!), and it was very quiet. Lots of open space for our dog to run, and it was a nice walk to the river for some fishing. We didn't have a cell signal (Verizon), but the wi-fi is fantastic, so no complaints from our teens!

I’m glad we stayed at one of Linda’s cabins. She’s an excellent host! We originally rented side A, but I realized after booking that it didn’t have a kitchen, and we planned on cooking most of the 5 nights we were there. She so graciously switched us to side B! The farm is SO beautiful, and thankfully the rain cleared away long enough for my daughter and I to walk one of the trails — even though we had to work around some giant puddles. 😆 It’s seriously so gorgeous! This particular listing is a cabin with 2 sides rented out, and the walls are PAPER thin, so just be aware of that! Definitely no fault to the host, but we could hear a lot of movement next door. I’m sure they could hear us too, though we tried hard to keep our 4-year old contained while indoors. Haha! THANK YOU, Linda! We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and dryer. Personally, we would choose a single cabin next time, just for a little more space and less stress about our daughter’s crazy activeness. 🤭

Loved the place, perhaps a physical address would have helped find the place & after booking communications are kind of difficult but I think its an app problem! Very nice private location & well worth the stay!!! Highly recommended!!!

My son, dog and I had the BEST time! The hosts were wonderfully accommodating , cabin was adorable, clean and cozy, the setting was legit like something out of a fairytale- The land, creek and nature were breathtakingly beautiful. We cold plunged in the creek, looked for beautiful rocks along the creek bank for hours, enjoyed the fire-pit, explored all around the huge property, cooked wholesome meals, snuggled up to movies at night, and relished in the pristine nature. We are already planning to come back this summer! If you have the chance to visit- don’t hesitate to do so! We have traveled and adventured all over the country and this is by far one of our very favorite experiences to date!

Melissas place really is a rare find! I have stayed in many Airbnbs but this one beats every single one of them. Melissa has thought of literally everything to make your stay a home from home. From humans to fur babies she provides above and beyond for all. The cabin is spotlessly clean, it’s absolutely faultless! The 10 acre surroundings are pure bliss, so private, beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely return. Thanks Melissa!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, the river was gorgeous, and the cabin was cozy and rather spacious! We had a campfire in the firepit and watched a few of the DVDs (big selection!). The kids had fun waving to the neighbors who drove by. Great weekend, great cabin, great host!

Great secluded spot and nice inside. Great for star gazing on the back porch with limited light pollution.

We stayed at the Boathouse, a nice, roomy cabin in the woods over the river. It's a beautiful spot! The Jim Messina concert was excellent, and the dinner was too! Some of the included amenities were missing and needed to be restocked. The sunroom porch was a fun spot to hang out for the three days of rain. We will be back.

We went for a siblings outing and it was amazing. We went to the pool and enjoyed the outdoors. Fishing was fun and also being able to see beavers right outside was pretty amazing. I will definitely be booking another time. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Perfect place I recommend this place 100%.

The log home met the needs of our family ages 6 months to 72 years old. Would recommend to others. Relaxing atmosphere with many thoughtful touches. Responded to questions quickly. We will return.

The cabin and surroundings were perfect for our family getaway--beautiful, tranquil, private, clean, and very comfortable! We enjoyed the river access, beautiful sunsets, stars and bird life. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. There was a lot of thought that went into the decorating and amenities inside the cabin that we appreciated and enjoyed including dvds, games and records. This is an air b&b gem!!

This is our 3rd stay at Jenna's place because we love the disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the busy towns so much. Jenna and her whole family are absolutely lovely every time we interact. They are more than happy to talk and show my kids neat things about the farm if we happen to run into them while walking the property. When the kids come back with scraped knees dirty hands and smiles on their faces it fills my heart to see some normalcy in the world again.

The panther den was very well discribe with extra little touches that weren’t expected! Jeff made it easy to communicate. He gave us a list of things to do and did tell us that most dining and shopping would be a little drive. Nothing to complain about! I hope others decide to come stay at Jeff’s panther den!
