This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

"The 34" is a cozy one bedroom/one bath metal cabin on 34 acres with coastal hayfields, wooded areas, 3 ponds and lots of wildlife. This is a quiet place, far from the main road, no close neighbors. You can stop in town for supplies, only a 5 minute drive to the "Finer Foods" store, or make a quick trip to Muenster and visit Fischer's Meat Market for amazing steaks, German bratwurst & specialty cheeses. Cook something on the charcoal grill (you will need to bring charcoal/lighter fluid).

Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath renovated guesthouse, originally built around 1900, sits on an acre on the edge of Circled Bar Ranch, 4 miles west of the city of Bowie. Spacious, inviting interior combines modern comfort with a touch of ranching family heritage.
