Kim’s Airbnb was me and my partners first vacation and it really set the bar high for our future holidays. Before even staying at this Airbnb, Kim was awesome. She was super fast in answering any inquires and gave explicit directions to the place. The Airbnb was beautiful and cozy. My partner even went as far as to say he would live there. It was very tidy and clean on arrival, had all the necessary bits and bobs and was very private and secluded from the main house. This was by far one of the best vacations I’ve been on. Me and my partner will 100% be coming back. 10/10! Definitely recommend.

Although the home is a bit old it is a perfect place for a family to stay for a beach holiday together. The surrounding area and beach are gorgeous. The area is very quiet, and it feels as though you are in a bubble away from the busyness of Byron Bay. The beach at the front of the home is not far to walk to and the home has two cool cabanas to use for shade. Overall, the home has adequate facilities for a family, a few items need repair.

Such an incredible stay. We came here with our family for a wedding. The location is perfect. And the house is just stunning .

Exactly what I imagined this place to be from the photos. Cute clean little place. Great little balcony to have a drink on and chill. Open the balcony door, let the ocean breeze come through and fall asleep to the waves crashing across the road. Everything you need is within walking distance. Woolworths Shopping centre 5min drive away. Crusiy drive to Byron Bay. Got bus to Byron one day for 50 cents. Hinterland behind was breathtaking. My only regret was not spending more time at this ocean retreat.

Wonderful, spacious home in a stunning location, metres from Belongil Beach. The balcony with an outlook and BBQ facilities was a highlight and the pool was a treat. Margy and Graham's home is very inviting and so well equipped. Highly recommend.

We had another excellent stay at Aqua. We were unfortunate to be caught in Lennox head during the cyclone, and Elizabeth and the team were sensational and flexible, making sure we were safe and letting us extend our stay without any drama. We look forward to our next stay.

Damon’s house is built with love—featuring top-quality fixtures, modern electronics, and stylish interior design. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds, making it perfect for families. Damon personally met us on arrival, gave us a warm introduction, and shared great local recommendations. He was also flexible with checkout time, which we really appreciated. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! John and Elaine were so helpful, lending me an adaptor, loaning us body boards and even giving us lifts into town! The house and garden were even more beautiful than in the pictures. The children loved the massive pool and hot tub and we all so enjoyed the luxurious bedding - we all slept so well. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was even stocked with a few treats for our arrival. We cannot wait to return. Many, many thanks, and thank you for putting up with our very noisy children!

Excelllent Airbnb with everything you could need and a great location

The perfect family friendly airbnb. This airbnb provides everything you ever wanted for holiday accommodation. The place is so warm and inviting, cozy, clean, family friendly and so much more. It has everything. It has an Outdoor shower beautifully enclosed by a timber privacy screen, we ended up using it every shower. There is also two more indoor bathrooms for a more tamed experience. The pool is the perfect size, it’s super clean and refreshing purposely shaded by the garden which transports you to feeling like you’re in your villa in Bali. But overall, nothing beats the peaceful and short walk into town. So so so convenient, we didn’t use our car for most of the holiday due to the location. Our whole family would absolutely enjoy every moment of walking to and from town in the beautiful warm mornings or evenings, it was heaven. If you’re wanting to stay in Byron Bay in the most, and i mean most family friendly accommodation. This is the place to book.

A fabulous, spacious house that was well appointed, very clean & was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, an amazing selection of tea, a generous welcoming bowl of treats & beautiful fresh roses. We absolutely loved our stay, the only issue was we didn’t stay long enough. It was as a BIG tick from us.

We had an incredible stay here in Lennox Head! We were here for a week during the holidays, and it was perfect. A fantastic place that feels like a safe and comfortable home with everything you need + much more. Excellent service in every way, and efficient and friendly communication with the host, Dimity. This is the place to stay in Lennox Head, highly recommend!

Dani was a great host! Very friendly and was great in getting back to my questions quickly, despite being away on holidays herself. The place was huge… much bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it was perfect for our extended family. The kids loved the pool and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had everything we needed for our Easter break. Thanks so much Dani and family ☺️

Can’t recommend this place enough! Description and photos are more than accurate and Sarah and Graeme are truly brilliant hosts. Very friendly and approachable and incredibly thoughtful and kind. They balanced all of that so well with giving us space to enjoy our time there. The place is as described; very relaxing, very clean and comfortable and private. We had no problems during our stay but also felt comfortable raising a problem if we had one. We sometimes worry travelling with our children because well, they act like children. Sarah and Graeme were very welcoming and understanding and very accommodating of this. You won’t be disappointed at all choosing this as your Airbnb for the Northern Rivers area.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a great stay. Daniel was a perfect host, providing clear instruction and a spotless ‘home away from home’. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from Lake Ainsworth, the dog beach and town, we only used the car to stock up our groceries. Highly recommend Daniel’s place for anyone travelling to Lennox with family or dogs. We’d love to return!

A very beautiful home, so close to the beach. The house is even better than the photos with so many different spots around the deck to sit and relax - thats when you're not in the pool or on the beach! The location is just perfect - walkable to the Tree House and only a few steps until you're on the beach. Thank you for having us!

The location is excellent and view is breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice you are right on the beach and have this view all day long from the large kitchen/living/dining with these epic stacker doors which we kept open the whole time we were home with the ocean breeze rolling in. We hired bikes from Gold Cost Bike hire to compliment the bike that comes with the house and it’s a flat 10min ride on the beachfront path into Tugan Market for supplies or go the other way and it’s a flat 15min ride into Coolangatta’s restaurants and bars. Patrolled beach out the front. Epic den downstairs with big comfortable lounge with huge TV and soundbar to chill and watch movies if it’s raining outsides. We splurged on this one and we are so glad we did it may be the best holiday we’ve had with our kids to date. We used the surfboard and body boards, beach chairs and beach Cabana every day, then BBQd every night on the Webber Q and watched the sunset. Do yourself and favour and do it.

This stay was everything we wanted and more! Amazing pool, hot tub and golfing green to keep everyone entertained!
