Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. The Homer Seaplane Base is located right on Beluga Lake in the Heart of Homer. Offering six cabins, and four suites, we provide guests the unique opportunity to stay at a fully functioning seaplane base. Guests are encouraged to visit our on-site restaurant, " Water Rudders,” which offers a wide selection of beer, wine, and delicious fare. Guests looking for a bit of adventure should contact our partner Beryl Air, located on-site, just steps away from your front door.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

Midnight Sun tiny home is nestled in the middle of a family owned working hay field. From the tiny home you will experience breathtaking panoramic views of Kachemak Bay, Grewingk Glacier, Poots Peak, Gull Island, the Homer Spit and more can easily be seen from the bay view windows. Enjoy a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of town, and still be less than 10 minutes away from the Spit and downtown Homer.

Step out your door to walk to your charter boat, water taxi or to walk the Homer beach or boardwalk shops! This is our downstairs unit, Apt 2!

The cabin is close to town, nestled on 10 acres overlooking the head of the Beluga Slough. You’ll love my place because of the hand-hewn dove tailed logs, wild mushroom foraging, and privacy close to town. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This sweet two story, 750 sf cabin has a panoramic view of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai Mountain Range and out to the Homer Spit. The property has two decks which face the bay, so there is always a spot to sit and enjoy the tranquil views.
