Great place to stay, with lots of great options nearby like restaurants, coffee shops, a shopping mall, and parks all within walking distance. The apartment is very neat and looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very friendly and consistently responsive. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Đây là một nơi thật sự đẹp và có đầy đủ tất cả những tiện nghi mà tôi cần, tôi đã đến công viên nước trong khu vực để trải nghiệm, nó thật sự tuyệt vời, David là một chủ nhà tốt bụng, hướng dẫn cho tôi về các địa điểm tham quan, tôi thật sự đánh giá cao điều đó, căn hộ sạch sẽ và có đầy đủ những vật dụng cần thiết để ở trong một thời gian dài

Every thing was great clean new apartment. Only two very minor details to point out . 1. Sofa seat is weak so it’s uncomfortable 2. Cannot use big pool because you are resident of “ East “ building. But The pool for east building is great just doesn’t have Sun if that’s your thing. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

THIS!! IS THE BEST STAY IN HO CHI MINH City!! Book now! A great view of the skyline and a quick grab ride to the metro to the city center. All of the amenities and more and Evolet and family has AMAZING attention to detail and is ALWAYS there to help!! I stayed for 3 months and would stay again!! loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇻🇳

The apartment is clean. It is located in a building complex in such a position, that it is never exposed to direct sun. I see this as an advantage in a hot place like the south of Vietnam. The colors of furniture, curtains and bed linen match, which gives a comfortable feeling. The place is quiet. There is a gym in the building that works, and a swimming pool between the buildings. Walking distance to shopping mall and night market with good local food. All amenities are new and work well. Wifi is broadband and very reliable, I used it for conference calls 8 hours a day 4 days a week with no problems.

I decided to stay in that apartment because of its location. Overall, everything was pretty good, but what I appreciated the most was how the team was always in touch. That level of communication really stood out to me

Lala's place was really lovely and great to deal with. Loved the pool too.

Một chỗ ở tốt, sạch sẽ ngăn nắp, tuy còn chút bụi bẩn, nhà vệ sinh còn mùi cống cần khắc phục. Tuy nhiên vẫn ổn trong tầm giá, bạn Hương host chủ động nhắn tin hỗ trợ. Có vài điểm cần lưu ý về nơi này là cuối tuần sẽ hơi khó đặt xe đến vì họ chặn đường Xuân Thuỷ làm phố đi bộ.

Great overall experience! The place was very clean and quiet. I didn’t hear any noise interrupting my sleep, which made it perfect for a relaxing stay. I felt very safe, as the property is secure and well maintained. Plus, there’s a lot to do in the area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The host is great and very professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Very cute place! Amazing pool, we loved it here. Great place for the money. I liked that the place was very clean, if you need anything you can just ask the host and they may supply it to you. We ordered Grab a lot so did not cook but one day we wanted to warm up food and they helped us get set up.

Lê Giang was an excellent host and so helpful for check-in! Her place was perfect for our final days in Vietnam and also near lots of shops. Thanks for a great visit, would rent again!

Our family had a great time to stayed at Lisa's house. She super helpful host, clean apartment, the bed so comfy, the apartment has everything you need, you can make your own meal, Vincom mall close by just few mins walk. Our kids had so much fun during our stayed. Thank you for everythibg Lisa. Ofc we will def back when we back HCM.

excellent service and follow ups. always ultra responsive. went out of her way to make sure stay was comfortable although factors were out of her control. will definitely recommend and will come back for sure
