Possum Cottage is a three-bedroom classic quirky kiwi cottage, situated on our farm under the foothills of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. It is simple and rustic, but comfortable.The small rural town Fairlie is only 8-10 minutes away from our place and has great shopping, restaurants and of course the famous Fairlie Bakehouse. Lake Opuha is a great local hotspot in summer for boating and water activities, while Mt Dobson or Roundhill are great ski fields to visit in winter

Bring the whole family to this great place Nice large house to fit everyone. Plenty of space for the boat, big fully fenced yard for the kids, swings and trampoline to keep them entertained. The lake is right on your door step. You can see Mt Cook from here. Has everything you need to have a great holiday, with BBQ on patio. Great check in time, can be at 2pm so you can get in early so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Great check out time of 11am so no rush the morning of departure.

Cosy cottage set in two hectares of forest. Log burner, outdoor pizza oven, well equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings. Build huts, lay in the hammock or relax under the stars in the outdoor bath. Fully fenced so safe for kids to play & explore. Great for the snow in winter and lakes in summer. 30min to Dobson ski area, 45min to Fox Peak, 50 min to Roundhill. Lake Opuha 10 min. Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Tekapo Springs and Mt John Observatory.

Welcome to our Twizel Bach, this is an original hydro house in the Twizel township, with a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and double glazed windows to keep you toasty warm in Winter. Pet Friendly and only 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Twizel is a beautiful spot with so much to offer, very close to the lakes for boating and fishing, the gorgeous lagoon for swimming and watersports such as paddleboarding, lots of nearby walking and bicycle tracks.

Great place for a couple of families, there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 Bedrooms in the home, Plus plenty of Bunks in the sleep-out with a toilet and basin also. The sunroom overlooks the street is a lovely quiet spot to relax & read a book. The Fully fenced section is spacious and private, with a sheltered BBQ area. Pets= we do accept pets, but they must stay outdoors.

The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
