Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely seating areas in the garden. Daisy was very helpful with local tourist ideas and also in all the checkin and house information. Highly recommend Daisy’s cottage as a base to explore the area. It was a great find and well priced for our stay. We would love to stay again if we visit Inglewood or the goldfields area again.

We had a lovely time staying at Pip’s place. It’s a great place to spend time and there was plenty of space for two families. The place is well furnished, very clean and comfortable to be in. We loved that you could walk to the hot springs and a nice cafe down the road.

The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay! Lovely touches like bread, chocolates, etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and accomodating. Spacious house inside and out. Fireplace and electric blankets helped keep us warm at night. Farm views (and occasionally, smells 😅) were very peaceful.

Overall a lovely place, spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only thing worth noting for us was how squeaky the floor boards were. This normally wouldn’t bother us but we were staying with our toddler and this made it hard to get out of the bedroom after settling her and for us to just move around while she was asleep. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Tran's house was better than expected. It was an easy check in process lovely and clean rooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with full amenities. The space was perfect for 7 adults and one baby. The beds were very comfy and the lounge area was great for a group. The views were beautiful from all directions of the house.

We absolutely loved our week at Jarrod's place - the house itself was perfect, just the right amount of cosy with lots of comfy couches, pillows, blankets, rugs, an amazing open fireplace but all modern too. Really appreciated the high quality tv, sound system, Analon cookware, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Everything felt generous and welcoming. The location was great - a nice (short) walk out the back with our dog (lookout for the posse of kangaroos!), some awesome longer hikes very close by, and a ~3 min drive to the main street of Hepburn and a ~7 min drive into Daylesford. Jarrod was a great host too, communicative and lovely. Already planning our return trip! ❤️

Anthony and Andrew’s place was amazing. The home was perfectly decorated, very tidy and the bath was very large and perfect for soaking. The kitchen has everything you need and the fire was set up and ready for us to light. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom place, close to everything but still private. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

Absolutely incredible. So relaxing, spacious yet cozy and the perfect way to spend our anniversary 🤍 Lovely and friendly host and perfect location! We even had two kangaroo visitors we spotted from the balcony. The spa was definitely a highlight. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

A perfect quick getaway. The colour scheme is instantly calming and the entire apartment has been very tastefully put together. Very homely vibes with amazing art work, mementos of the Theatre and just a chilled atmosphere. Hearing the movie play next door was very cool - not too loud at all but reminded you of what a cool place you’re staying in. We will definitely stay again and absolutely recommend to everyone who says they are coming to Castlemaine.

We had a wonderful stay at Saltus for the weekend! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing in Daylesford. Close to the main town area and conveniently located near some restaurants. We would love to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful space which was in a great location. Perfect for a couple….we loved the view and the absolute privacy and peacefulness. I stayed in the upstairs apartment with my sister ten years ago…. the Saltus apartments remain as fresh and modern and well appointed as they were back then. Loved it. Will definitely return again. Thankyou so much!!

We had the most relaxing weekend away at Daylesford Country Retreats. The place looked even better than the photos and it was so tidy. It had all the listed amenities and had a beautiful view. It is local to restaurants and right around the corner from the Hepburn Bathhouse too. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous apartment that feels so grand and spacious. From the moment you jump in the lift and head up, you know you are entering into something that is wonderfully unique. And to add to it all, the location is absolutely perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A sweet and comfortable cottage with lovely views. We appreciated the breakfast offerings and the delicious chocolate brownie, yum! A great place to explore the region from, or to simply come and relax in. Thank you Cally and Steve

Had such a lovely weekend getaway. Feels very private with such stunning views and heaps of wildlife. The hot tub is awesome and it’s only a short drive into town. Would definitely stay again!

We had an extra long weekend in one of the 2 story villas at Hepburn Springs for the Daylesford Chillout Festival. We could not have been more delighted! Beautiful surroundings and view from our villa, perfect 2 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and all the amenities we could want. Parking easy, coffee machines and aircon, lovely clean and comfy beds. This place is a special find for us and we will definitely return. We also loved the location within easy reach of all the local shops and restaurants.

Simply amazing.

What a wonderful place for ladies weekend away. The day spa/massage is just across the road but who needs the spa when we have 2 beautiful spas to ourselves at Brian’s place where we can have food n drink while bathing and listen to birds singing outside. Comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Heating is so nice on cold autumn nights. We didn’t cook but pots, pans and everything there if you want to cook up a storm. The decking is where we love the most. Just the sound of birds with no people. We saw kangaroos at the front early morning when we walked to get our coffee (3 mins away). We had a lovely weekend staying at Brian’s and surely there will be more stay coming up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease.
