Belvilla is in a fabulous location with breathtaking views. Belvilla's host is helpful, kind and proactive. Belvilla is a very well maintained, well stocked apartment which comfortably houses 10 of us (6 adults, 4 tween/teens). Bellvilla is in easy walking distance of a free bus service which runs from Ötztal train station to the end of the valley. There are not many amenities in the Habichen, however it is a short walk or a two minute bus hourney to Ötz where there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. This is a perfect base for an active, outdoors holiday. We went hiking, skiing and cannyoning during our stay. The ski lift is one bus stop away and there are well marked hiking paths that start in the village. Three generations of our family had a great time here and wished our stay was longer.

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison . Le logement est très propre , un havre de paix au milieu de la montagne. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous conseillons ce logement pour passer des vacances dans le Tyrol . Le village de fügen est très beau et possède tous les commerces nécessaires .

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Es war ein tolles Chalet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und es war ideal mit den 4 Schlafzimmern und den 3 Bädern. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und am Esstisch ist ausreichend Platz. Leider ist aufgrund der Lage um diese Jahreszeit fast keine Sonne auf der Terrasse und auf dem Balkon, die Chalets neben uns haben mehr Sonne.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu siebt im Haus plus Hund und es war ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben auf Nachfrage auch blitzschnell eine weitere Pfanne erhalten.

Schöne Unterkunft mit dem Flair einer berghütte und der Ausstattung einer modernen Wohnung. Tolle Küche, gutes Badezimmer, Parkplatz am Haus. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zu z.B. Wildkogel-Arena, Krimmler Wasserfall. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Alexander’s home was the ideal spot for our group to relax and venture out into the city. The location right next to the U6 was the most convenient of any place we have stayed! Communication with Alexander was wonderful, and the home was clean and stocked with linens on arrival. Only note was the room with the largest bed is off the kitchen in an open concept style which was a bit unexpected. We would be happy to return!

We hadden een verblijf met 4 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Het huis was heel groot met ruime kamers en voldoende parking. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het was echt proper. Het enige minpuntje… volgend jaar is dezelfde periode al geboekt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage des Chalets. Bei der Ankunft stellten wir Mängel fest, diese wurden aber, sofern möglich , umgehend beseitigt ( Toilettendeckel lose, Balkontüre defekt…) . Sehr bemühte Gastgeber, die sich gerne um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste kümmern. Was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, wäre die Reservierung der Sauna. Eine Stunde täglich bei 7 Personen ist sehr wenig. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Was für ein traumhaft schöner Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Die Suttenhütte ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes Zuhause, das mit so viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Einfach mega. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem neugierigen Fuchs begrüßt. & der Sternenhimmel ist ne Wucht.
Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und gespürt, dass wir hier willkommen sind. Es ist ein Platz zum Ankommen, wohlfühlen. Dieser Ort schenkt Ruhe, inspiriert und lädt zum Träumen ein. 
Von Herzen freuen wir uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

Ein wundervolles Haus ! Super gemütlich mit großem Kamin, gemütlichem Sofa, Kuschel-Lounge, super bequemen Betten; tollem großen TV; Küche maximal ausgestattet; Lage top (man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen in den Wald; in den Ort; tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ... Bruno & Sabine sind super-responsive und hilfsbereit ! Alles was man sich für entspannte Ferien wünscht ! Wir kommen wieder !

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist super und alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir haben sogar tolle Weine geschenkt bekommen und fühlten uns alle wohl. Was wir nicht wussten: der Pool und die Sauna müssen mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden - bei uns z.B. eine Familie mit Kindern. Es wurde dann so arrangiert, das wir individuelle Zeiten Absprachen.
