Nice place, very spacious great place for bigger family.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

The place was big for 6pax. It's cozy and clean. Burnham park is just 10-15 minutes walk depending on your pace, but you can always ride a jeepney if you don't feel like walking since jeepneys pass right in front of the house. The host Ms. Nikki was kind and she made us feel very welcomed. We can easily reach her if we need something. She even gave us a number of a tour guide whom we booked going to Atok. All in all it was a nice experience.

Host is very responsive and friendly. The house is really great for big groups. A bit far away from City proper, but there are nearby stores that sells everything you need.

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

Charissa’s place was clean and pleasant to stay at. Complete utensils and other cooking tools. With complimentary toiletries and coffee and free use of towels. Both the owner and kuya Joey are very accommodating. Charissa was proactive in moving us to a different unit kasi group of 30 ung makakasabay namin para di gami gaano maistorbo, medyo maingay lang ung ibang guests na nakasabay namin and woke us from our sleep kapag dadating sila and aalis but understandable naman, hirap lang kami kasi panggabi kami and we were working there. Overall, it was worth what we paid for, great service! Thank you!

Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

The house was very welcoming. My parents loved it so much that they wanted to stay more instead of roaming around. Ate Nilda was so helpful with our little requests and made our check out easy. Would love to recommend this place!

Worth the price you’re paying. Owner is responsive and kind. The building itself is quiet and has a nearby 7-11.

Tanya’s place is a great property to stay at. It is very roomy and feels like Home the moment you walk in. The caretakers are extremely friendly and helpful and there is nothing they won’t do for you. The only negative is if you do not have your own car, it is difficult to get a taxi or a Grab. Aside from that, I cannot speak highly enough of Tanya and Tanya‘s property. Thank you very much for opening your door to ask Tanya, as it has left a lasting impression.

This place is clean and well-kept, including the bathroom. What you see is truly what you get! Mr. Fredolin is friendly, hospitable, and thoughtful about the little details. The body wash and shampoo were bubbly and fragrant, and he even prepared two rolls of toilet paper for our two-night stay. The condo staff is also pleasant and accommodating. The location is unbeatable; private, yet close to everything: Camp John Hay, SM City Baguio, and more. Several well-known spots are just a few hundred meters away from Brenthill, like the Pink Sisters’ Convent, Mount Cloud Bookshop, and popular F&B spots. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this unit. Maganda Ung place may parking un Ung pinaka ok dun kasi Hindi ka mag park sa street and may kasama kasi kami na pwd so mas ok sya. Very responsive ni sir isang text mo lng andyan na agad. Mabait si sir Norman Madali kausap pinayagan nya kami mag early check in na wala Ng additional fee. Thank you so much sir
