Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. Also, if the foothills of upstate SC are not tall enough for you, the nationally recognized outdoor spaces of WNC are about 1 hr away.

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

Magnolia Cottage is one of 12 cottages on our little farm. You have an entrance and deck on the backside of the main house with a beautiful view of the mountains (in fall and winter). In summer, it will feel like you are vacationing in the trees. There are goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats all friendly and wanting attention.
