What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a delightful and remarkable vacation in this superb spots d will surely return! Thank you Lois and Marco!! Gina and Michael

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick hat jeden Moment besonders gemacht. Unser Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Liegt direkt am örtlichen Fahrradweg und nur ca. 40 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Super Lage! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Nadia ist immer erreichbar und kommuniziert proaktiv, so dass man keinen Stress hat. So wie es im Urlaub sein soll.

La casa era pulita e perfettamente in linea con quanto descritto, anzi forse anche meglio delle aspettative. L’appartamento si trova su una delle vie principali pedonali, ma i serramenti sono perfettamente ermetici tanto da non sentire rumori dalle persone sottostanti. Lo considereremo di certo se tornassimo a Finale.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Wir lieben Sori und wir lieben die Wohnung von Edoardo und Simona, in der wir nicht zum ersten Mal gewohnt haben. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit E&S ist unkompliziert und schnell, die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Blick aufs Meer ist nicht zu toppen.

Siamo stai ospiti nell'alloggio di Maddalena e Riccardo x 2 giorni, e devo dire che è stato come essere a casa!! Tutto pulitissimo, non manca proprio nulla!! Dal caffè al detersivo x la lavatirce!! Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

Casa grande e accogliente, ampie camere, cucina completa di tutto e bagno grande e pulito. In zona tranquilla ma a piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente il mare, centro paese e parco. Ringrazio Maura per l’accoglienza.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto dove riposare durante il nostro soggiorno di lavoro nella preparazione di uno stand a Euroflora 2025. Semplicemente perfetto. Lorenzo è stato molto disponibile in tutto e per tutto. Rispetto alle nostre esigenze non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Non avevo con me il mio amato amico a 4 zampe ma ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità a ricevere gli animali ed anche tutta una serie di piccole attenzioni preparate per loro: ciotole, tappetini e tutto ciò che serve a fare sentire loro a casa. Voto 5 stelle e un cuore!
