Sofiahuset med fjordutsikt - 30 min fra Bergen

Sofiahuset har tilhørt familien vår siden 1908. Huset har blitt pusset opp i nyere tid, men vi har tatt vare på det gamle særpreget og historien etter bestemor Sofia. Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Velkommen til vår leilighet med utsikt over vakre Bergen! Leiligheten ligger i en rolig og tilbaketrukket blindgate i historiske Sandviken, kun en 10 min gåtur unna Bergen sentrum og to min til nærmeste buss. Et par gater unna er Fjellveien, et utgangspunkt for fine fotturer, som Fløyen, Stoltzen og Sandviksfjellet. Det er et bredt utvalg av matbutikker i nærheten, og en søndagsåpen butikk 2 min unna. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
