Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Talo (10-14hlölle) on valmistunut 10/2024🤍

Huoneisto soveltuu hyvin pientä ylellisyyttä kaipaavalle, työmatkan rauhalliseksi etätyöpisteeksi. Aarno1 on sijainniltaan loistava kun matkustaa E8-tietä ja kaikki kylän palvelut ovat käytettävissä. Rauhallinen sijainti takaa hyvät yöunet. Aarno1 on varustettu ulkopore-ammeella, 55"TV:llä, nopealla 5G Wifi-liittymällä ja kaikilla kodin tarvikkeilla.

Pidä taukoa arjesta ja rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa keitaassa. Hiljaisuutta ja rauhaa haluavalle loistava paikka. Täällä voit nähdä lehmät laitumella, tai kauriit ja peurat omassa ympäristössä. Jos se on lomasi tarkoitus lähden kyllä mukaan metsään hakemaan niitä niin näkemisen mahdollisuus nousee. Tai nähdä vanha saaristo kylä. Kurkistus noin 200 vuotta vanhaan maakellariin tai latoon. Lisätilaa saatavissa myös pikku mökki, korvausta vastaan. Lemmikit sallittu erillis sopimuksen mukaan.
