We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything is working as your are expecting. I will recommended to my Family & Friends.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

Alexander’s place was the perfect stay for my family. His place was clean and well organized. The kitchen pots and pans were in great condition and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great host that is very accommodating, easy to get to, and excellent amenities for a longer stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with great views, good food, and affordable transportation nearby.

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

Michael sent clear instructions and guidance to find the location and how to access the place. Upon arrival, the place was as listed. We feel the photos made the place look smaller than what was actually there. It's a quiet neighborhood but just far enough that it's walkable to the downtown area and train station. We would come back again should we need a place to stay while we explore the area.

Annie and Alex‘s Airbnb is wonderful! It’s in a great location, well designed, clean and modern, and equipped with all of the items you would want in the kitchen. You have access to a beautiful outdoor garden with dining table and chairs. Location! While you can walk to the best shopping for fruits and vegetables, there is free street parking as well. BART is a quick 13 minute walk! Lastly, Annie and Alex are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We would highly recommend their AirBnb for either short or longer stays

Geräumige und stilvolle Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen und doch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, leckere Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung, die Lage und die sehr netten Vermieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Had a great time staying here! It's a nice apartment, fairly spacious and well decorated (and many many books). The location was awesome and the highlight. You get a great view of the bay + SF from the hills. It's also close to both nice hikes and the university.

Dennis & Tiiu's place was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a week while in town visiting our son, who lives only a few minutes away, so it was a perfect location for us. The location was peaceful and quite. The house was cozy and suitable for two people. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but again, it worked for the two of us. The amenities were as described. We would definitely stay again.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb ever. I spent a month here and it was great. The place is spacious, clean and well-stocked with all the necessities, including in the kitchen. The location is convenient to both Berkeley and Oakland, including the Ashby BART station, Berkeley Bowl and a local gym called Berkeley Barbell Club. I can’t imagine a better host than Joe. He usually responds to any message within minutes, and is proactive in dealing with any issue or answering any question. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Claudia's place is more than ideal for a stay in central Fairfax. Super cute, comfortable space and right next door to everything that Fairfax has to offer. Highly recommend a stay here!

A resort-style feel. The house is really well maintained. The layout was nice and we felt like there was plenty of space. The entire home showed great care. The house was stocked with anything we could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous amount of snacks, drinks and breakfast staples provided free of charge. There were clear and helpful instructions/signs posted everywhere. The patio was a little oasis where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. There was a large supply of books and games for the family. Everyone had a great time and we couldn't be more pleased. This home has my highest recommendation.

My Son an I did a 5 day stay. The place was very centrally located on the pacific coast. The place was very cozy, clean and comfortable with outstanding ocean views from everywhere in the cabin. Good parking for two vehicles. Weather was so so, but did not hindered us a bit. We hiked at Muir Woods, the overlook and the beach all within 5 minutes away. We were able to go to San Francisco multiple times 35 minutes to do half day lunches or dinners and Sausalito 20 minutes. Yeshi was very responsive when we communicated, but really needed little assistance. The home is older and very charming. It reminded me of my own house growing up. Would definitely stay here again.

Dylan & Alex’s place was a perfect place to stay while visiting SF! It felt very central and easy to get to a lot of places; and its proximity to Golden Gate Park was an added bonus! The backyard area was beautiful and felt like an escape from the city!

This is such a lovely studio. Super comfy and spotless. The bed is very comfy, the kitchenette was just right for making a quick breakfast, and I loved the deck - could have lounged on the deck chairs for days enjoying the sun and the view. The neighborhood is gorgeous. Quiet but inviting, with some very impressive architecture, and several fantastic little local parks. Everything is pretty steep in the area, and it makes you feel like you're in a different world from the rest of the city. Jan was very responsive and helpful, and we had exactly the relaxing weekend we needed.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including strong WiFi, parking, and bathroom amenities. The location made it easy to get into San Francisco while still having a quiet place to return to. Also great views and near to hiking. What really stood out, though, was the host’s incredible responsiveness. We had a lock issue during our stay, and they went above and beyond—driving an hour and a half to personally bring us a key to the side door to ensure we felt safe. That level of dedication and care made all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a convenient and well-hosted experience!

Our stay at 1716 Lofts (hosted by Advanstay) was terrific, and it solved a particular need of ours (an interim stay between homes) very well. The location rocks: You can easily walk to Melo’s, CorePower Yoga, 5 Tacos & Beers, Barnes & Noble – all the downtown Walnut Creek highlights, and without having to find parking, which can be tricky. Speaking of parking, the property’s assigned garage space was secure and convenient. The TV and sofa-sectional viewing area were well-thought-out and comfortable. The appliances were of higher quality than you usually find in short-term rentals – excellent dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, as well as a generously sized washer and dryer. The walk-in shower stood out in the bathroom – you don’t often find that in short-term rentals, either. All in all, we give this property very high marks!

This has to be the best value possible if you are going to the Moscone Center. It was a great place to stay.

Shea’s Victorian home was amazing. It was such a beautiful home staying right in the Mission district. We loved our San Francisco stay and being able to walk to taquerias, coffee and parks.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great. Easy street parking and a short drive to Berkeley campus to visit our son. Lots of restaurant choices in the area and the kitchen is equipped so we could cook for him as well.
