The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

Enjoy your breakfast or your evening glass of wine on your own private patio or kick back while watching your favorite show or movie on our smart TV.

This light-filled cottage is located in the backyard of our family home. It is brand new construction, equipped with everything you'll need: large kitchenette, TV, great wifi, and a small outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. We are located within easy access to highway 80, in between the North Berkeley & Ashby Bart Stations, close to San Pablo Park, UC Berkeley, and walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, and many wonderful eateries nearby.

Slip into the backyard on our quiet street to find a vibrant garden beside a cozy Moroccan-inspired studio. Listen to the birds from the bedroom window and depending on the season, you may smell magnolia, jasmin or lemon verbana. There's a small bathroom with a shower, and some basic kitchen amenities--coffee maker (French press and drip), microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Please note: there is no formal kitchen to cook.

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property.
