Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

It is tucked away on a private 9+ acre estate with 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The Master Bedroom can be your own private getaway with 2 balconies. One overlooks the large living room with floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace. The other overlooks the expansive property. It's definitely a tranquil place to rest and relax.

Our incredible 4-bedroom home is situated on 2 beautiful secluded acres in picture perfect Monterey - the quintessential Berkshire County getaway, with modern kitchen, screened porch, 2 fireplaces a fabulous outdoor hot tub and a beautiful brook on the property. Enjoy hiking the Appalachian Trail in nearby Beartown State Forest or kayaking and swimming in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

Sunny Duplex at the old boarding house

Charming big vintage apartment for up to a family of five in an old boarding house from 1900. It's a Greek Revival house on a country lane at the foot of the Berkshires. Master bedroom and full bath are downstairs, where there is also a lovely living room, fully stocked kitchen and mudroom with washer/dryer. 2nd bedroom and side room in the attic upstairs. Small front sitting porch, big side lawn and flowery backyard with grill and table.

Orchard House: 1850s Farmhouse- Hudson Valley

Welcome to our family’s beloved farmhouse — a warm, art-filled retreat tucked between the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires. Built in the 1850s and surrounded by 11 acres of gardens, orchards, and woodlands, this home is filled with stories, laughter, and character. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel at home, to reconnect, and to make memories together.

Private En Suite in Beautiful Victorian

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.

GreenHouse

Relax and enjoy the Berkshires at this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts. GreenHouse is the guest cottage for the historic Hyde House which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Located within walking distance of Lee, Ma, the house is also conveniently located near Stockbridge and Lenox.
