Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Christina was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay the best. She made great recommendations and even made reservations for dinner for us our first night. There was an issue with one of the small kitchen appliances not working and she immediately delivered a replacement. She promptly answered all questions and truly cared that our stay was the best it could be.

The villa was outstanding. Our family all with room to spare. The weather was perfect for us and could make use of the beautiful outdoor verandah for our meals. A truly fabulous stay

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

A wonderful, peaceful, grand villa in a tremendous garden ( more like a park ) The interior is beautiful with loads of personal accents. Livia and her team have taken care of us, as excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. We were all very impressed!!!

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang, brachte uns zum Haus, hat alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar wenn es ein Problem gab. Spektakulär ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von La Spezia, allein diese ist der Grund das Haus unbedingt zu buchen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muß schon ein paar Kompromisse machen oder im positiven Sinne, es ist eine ältere Villa mit besonderem Flair.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut, um es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die ruhige Lage auf einem Berg bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die dicken Mauern ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf und im Sommer ist das Haus sicher schön kühl. Die Umgebung von Lucca und Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir sind morgens in den Ort gefahren, um süße Backwaren bei der Pasticceria und Brötchen beim Supermarkt Esselunga zu kaufen. Ein Highlight für uns war die Weinprobe beim kleinen Bio-Weingut Cantina Biagiotti mit dem jungen Winzer Francesco, 20 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Haus entfernt.

Villa Vittoria è il mix ideale tra tranquillità e comfort, a pochi minuti da Lucca. Gli interni sono spaziosi, ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il patio coperto permette di godersi il panorama anche nelle giornate fresche. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare d’estate per godere del parco e della bellissima piscina. Un posto ideale per una fuga in Toscana!

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

Tutto perfetto! Silvia é una host molto attenta ai suoi ospiti, molto disponibile e una persona gradevole. La casa è un gioiellino. Piena di dettagli decorativi e mobili vintage originali che si incastrano perfettamente tra di loro. Al pian terreno un’ampia sala luminosissima che si affaccia sul porticato e giardino molto curati. Al piano di sopra 3 confortevoli camere da letto con biancheria pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Le temperature non erano ideali per un tuffo nella splendida piscina ma, pensiamo già di tornarci per poterla provare!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

Logement très agréable situé dans un lieu calme et ressourçant. Propreté impeccable, aménagé tel le descriptif. La terrasse avec vue sur les oliviers est un bonheur. Eugenia est très réactive, à l'écoute et très sympathique!! Parfait avec des enfants.

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.
