Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

Had a lovely stay in the cottage which was so close to a great quiet beach. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

I have been to St. Leonards before so I was familiar with the area of the flat which was perfect for the seafront and the bars and restaurants. The flat itself was wonderful, very clean and spacious and I loved the decor. It felt very homely which was exactly what I was looking for. Zed and wife couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasurable. If you are thinking of booking this place please don't hesitate you will not be disappointed I for one will be back.

this is the perfect little seaside cottage for a gorgeous stay in Hastings. I don't think the photos do it justice, it is entirely decorated with a beautiful blue seaside theme, and it provided a lovely haven and escape from daily life. Two very nice double rooms (with a double and twin bed) and a very sweet children's room with bunk beds, and a garden! the downstairs toilet was a handy addition to the upstairs bathroom. lovely quiet road with great views, and a short stroll to the seaside or Hastings old town. I had forgotten that the train station is a bit far away from Hastings Old Town, it didn't matter but you might want to bring your luggage in a cab. We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house and would like to return. so fun to see the funicular right next to the cottage! and lovely starry skies at night with the country park on the other side of the road.

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Great little cottage within walking distance of the beach and railway station - ideal for day trips along the coast. Street parking was always available around the corner. The cottage is tucked away on a side-street away from the busier seafront road and the main road, so it was quiet and undisturbed. Abraham's communication regarding arrival, access and other useful info was pro-active and helpful. All in all, a great short-break holiday experience for us.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again! Kerry was in contact throughout when needed and replied to any queries quickly. Thankyou 45 Seaview! Becca and family.

This is a fantastic setting. It has a view I could never tire of, with huge skies and fantastic sunsets. We had lambs just on the other side of the small waterway just outside the deck, which was a bonus! There were lots of different birds and wildlife to see without leaving home. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many places of interest to visit which are a short drive away, including Winchelsea Village, which is beautiful Rye and Dungeness. The place itself is brilliant value. It's clean and comfortable and everything you need. I wish we could stay longer and can't wait to be back. Sara was a great host and came back very quickly to answer queries.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Jo har en fantastisk(!) lägenhet i tre våningar med havet som granne. Sovrummet på översta våningen har balkong och havsvy! Köket och båda badrummen (de ena med ett härligt badkar) var i toppskick, liksom även hela lägenheten! Och sängarna var mycket bekväma. Invid det välutrustade köket finns en liten privat trädgård/patio. Och vid entrén har Jo en liten butik med en hel massa fantastiska inredningsföremål till salu :D Och Jo själv är bara helt underbar! Hon mötte oss när vi anlände och visade oss runt i lägenheten. Hon hade även köpt färskt bröd och kex åt oss samt fyllt frysen med några små ting! Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen om/när vi besöker Hastings igen! <3 :D

Only stayed a couple of nights for a planned fishing trip, Unfortunately this was cancelled due to the weather but we still had an enjoyable time - easy walk to the restaurants, even in a wheelchair and close to the beach if the weather was suitable. Did get to enjoy the suntrap garden on day of arrival and even in April it was warm and sheltered. Cake was lovely and lots of recommendations about The Waterfront Restaurants given. A lovely cosy home with things to do even in inclement weather.

Had a great stay. Fantastic location in St Leonard’s and in very easy reach of Hastings. House was spotless and very welcoming.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

The house was perfectly located for my family’s vacation; it was very quiet with outstanding views of the sea with great access to cliff walks and local facilities plus the frequent buses into Brighton. Each room was perfectly appointed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for our family of 7 including three children. It is very spacious and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. Our host, Yvonne, was very responsive both before and during our stay and was gracious, and focused on ensuring our stay was perfect. As a seasoned global traveler, I would unreservedly recommend this property for your family vacation. I rarely, if ever, right reviews but the quality of this property compelled me to do so. Thank you, Yvonne, for making our family vacation such a success.
