The house is near the idyllic village and beaches of Instow ( perfect for dog walkers) and Westward Ho! It is close to Exmoor and is set between the towns of Bideford and Barnstaple. Days can be spent exploring the Tarka Trail, (great for cycling), surfing at Westward Ho!, relaxing or shopping. Westward Ho! (6 miles) or Saunton (12 miles) and Croyde (14 miles). Instow has several great restaurants/pubs, cafes, a deli and a shop - all within a mile and a half of the property. by car or foot.

Rural, cosy barn conversion with stunning views.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Tucked away on our peaceful North Devon campsite, Lucy’s Shepherd’s Hut offers a cosy, charming escape for two (or one!). Thoughtfully designed with rustic touches and beautiful decor, it’s the perfect blend of simplicity and comfort. Inside, you’ll find a snug double sleeping space and a warming wood burner, ideal for cooler evenings. Outside, enjoy your own fire pit and use of the campsite facilities. Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
