Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pubs and restaurants, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

From your own private sun terrace and garden you will be able to enjoy the views of Braunton burrows and the sea in the distance. This stylish, bright and airy self contained apartment attached to our family home is a relaxing retreat between time spent at Saunton Beach, 2.5 miles away and Croyde beach 3.5 miles, or enjoying the cafe's pubs and surf shops a short walk away in Braunton village. You will have a car park space , your own entrance and your own garden with seating and great views.
