Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Inside Sonos music system w/ turntable and a 65" OLED TV w/ surround sound for movie time. 3 night minimum in the summer and 2 nights the rest of the time. Come relax and enjoy!

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guesthouse primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guesthouse for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guesthouse with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. It has expansive views of Hood River, Mt Hood, and our favorite view, looking directly down the gorge.
