이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Travelled for work an this place was suitable for 5 people to stay. Rooms were very adequate, beds were king size beds and super comfortable.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

David team always exceeds my expectations. I have stayed with them several times, and each experience has been amazing. The villa this time was gorgeous and spacious, with an outstanding lake view. The area also brings a true sense of luxury. I would highly recommend to all my friends

eine sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr modernen Lage mit viel Restaurant, Supermarkt und Massageauswahl. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist Atemberaubend. Zum District 1 ist es mit dem Grab Taxi ca 15-20 min entfenrnt und kostet 2-3 euro. Der Hausverwalter ist ständig erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

This place is incredibly safe, walkable, and the service is outstanding. When you stay at a place for an extended period, like I did here, the host's ability to maintain professionalism becomes invaluable. A host who's overly friendly can sometimes be exhausting, but HongHouse strikes the perfect balance. The service is prompt and professional and the design, breathtaking.

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

perfect stay if looking something in ho chi Minh ,at the very last moment we came across kungs apartment,center of ho chi Minh so it makes a perfect location if you want to go anywhere in ho chi Minh ... luxury apartment ,kung is super friendly and ready to help you with every problem . highly recommended for large groups kung ❤️ thank you so much you are super sweet until next time 🤙

Great flat with nice location, 10/10!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

The house is nice, great location, peaceful!

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Everything was Perfect, Mai was Really Helpfull Highly recommended!!!

Let's start with the bad: First complaint, the room is facing the main street so you will hear all the honking and the ambulance( IT'S LOUD!!! ). It is not the host fault, that is how Saigon is. So if you like sleeping, do not book this room. Last complaint: Air conditioner sucks, it does not get cold enough. The apartment was clean and the host was responsive. Would I book again? depends, I would for the host other rooms that is not facing the main street. The location is great and safe.
