The place was beautiful, safe, and clean. The location was near the metro station, so easily accessible, and a quick train ride into district 1. Also a lot of restaurants near by with a walkable distance. Jennie was very responsive when it came to communication. She also accommodated based on the guest's needs. Highly recommended to others. And I definitely would rent from her again.

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this unit. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and hassle free.The unit itself was well maintained. It is conveniently located near the city with a supermarket on the building super handy for groceries and essentials.They provided everything you might need from kitchenware to toiletries readily available. Plus the fast internet and Netflix were a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The accommodation was beautiful, located in a great area close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. The hosts were communicative and helpful at every step from check in to departure. Would love to stay here again!

Overall it is good value for 2 weeks stay in HCMC. The apartment itself is tidy and totally has matched listing’s description, no questions here. The only disappointing thing is that there has been an ongoing construction nearby with big trucks moving in and out. Your host, May, is very friendly and communicative!
