One of the best airbnb Ive been to. The apt is so lovely and clean, the deco is chic and especially the host is super attentive with fast response and very caring. Clear check-in instruction and house update was given before I got to the place. Will definitely come back again 😍

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and has many great local restaurants. May not be in the heart of HCMC, but definitely a place to be if you want to be in a great local neighborhood. The hosts are very responsive and is one of the better hosts in the Airbnb community. The cleaning lady is awesome - the place is squeaky clean! Only has two rooms per floor so there is a good level of privacy. The elevators are fast. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower & tub. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and the hot water temperature is great! This Airbnb is tucked away in a alley way - so I did not hear much conversation, traffic noise, dogs, roosters, etc. during my stay. This is the only Airbnb that has a dual sliding glass door that separates the kitchen/bathroom and the bedroom. This is good for extra noise reduction! Only downside is the size of the LCD TV - it's way too small & unfortunately I am a huge movie buff.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

Anh est une hôte amicale, réactif et très arrangeante lors de mon arrivée anticipée dans le logement. L appartement est très spacieux est situe au cœur du district 1, vous pourrez retrouver de nombreux commerces et lieux touristiques a quelques minutes a pied. Durant mon séjour, un service de ménage était a disposition, je dois dire que c est la première fois que je vois un service aussi qualitatif avec notamment un service de lingerie !! Je recommande pour toutes les personnes a la recherche dans un coin spacieux et paisible bien positionne.

Thanh was a very kind and welcoming host. Her nice, warm energy made my stay super comfortable and made the place feel like home. She was also very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful whenever I had a question. The room was very quiet and just as clean as it looks in the photos. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to D2 and D3, easy to walk or get a grab. There’s a 7/11 around the corner, a fruit shop across the street, and plenty of coffee shops nearby. Everything is within close reach. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

7명 단체여행이라 걱정했는데 아주 편하고 재밌게 잘 다녀왔어요. 근처에 식당 마사지샵 k마트까지있어서 도보이동 가능했습니다. 바로옆에 랜드마크가 위치하고있어서 쇼핑하기도 좋았습니다.

It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

Great place, clean, and a very comfortable bed. It's worth noting that the elevator in this building can take a very long time, which is no fault of the Airbnb host of course.

A gem of a place within the trendy Thao Dien neighbourhood. The apartment has everything that was needed and was super quiet too which can be rare for Saigon. Strong WiFi, great shower pressure, AC and a fan, comfy bed, and a friendly and helpful host. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again next time I'm in Saigon.

Good place with a spectacular view of the soccer field. We had a local soccer game during our stay, it was so entertaining.

This property is really convenient as it’s centrally located, yet it is still affordable. We especially liked the bed—it is so comfortable! Kong is a great host and communicated with us promptly which made the check-in process seamless. We would certainly recommend staying with them. Cảm ơn nhé <3
