Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

It is located on the ground floor of a typical Berlin old building and is quiet despite its central location. The apartment is ideal for two people, but also possible for three people. Berlinnah, am nördlichen Dorfende von Perwenitz gelegen, umgeben von Feldern, steht das Wohnhaus der ehemaligen Mühlenanlage. Das zweigeschossige Mühlengebäude wurde um 1890 errichtet und bis 1994 für die Herstellung von Mehl und Futtermitteln genutzt. Heute befinden sich Künstlerateliers, Galerieräume und ein Cafe in diesem Gebäude Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. des Wohnhauses und ist ca. 92 m² groß.
