Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Hübsches, kleines Gartenzimmer, ruhig und unmittelbar an der Naherholungszone des Uetlibergs gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum von Zürich (Hauptbahnhof) ist per S-Bahn in maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist hell eingerichtet, mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (keine Küche). Eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Lauschiger privater Aussensitzplatz sowie Parkplatz für einen Personenwagen. Bäckerei und Restaurants im Dorf.

The detached (free standing) house is in a quiet location in Zurich Albisrieden, the city center easily reachable by public transport or car. The house has a large private garden, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking for 2 cars is included. Public bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants all are less than 5 mins by foot. A fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, cable TV as well as a washing machine are available and free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.

The property is located on a hill (610m / 2000 ft) and offers from the garden nice views into the valley. The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking is easy, on the property two outside parking spaces are availabe free of charge (one covered)

We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
