For those keen on fishing or boating our property has plenty of room to park your car and boat securely. Close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Hastings boat ramp only 3 Klm, Great fishing on western port bay. If you prefer port Phillip bay it's only 20 mins away. The space The unit has a full kitchen with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry with front loader washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Just a 3-4 min drive to Balnarring and Merricks beaches plus wonderful Peninsula vineyards, the Barn is the ideal location from which to explore. This one bedroom guest house is located 10mins walk from the magical Somers beach, 5mins drive to Balnarring Shopping Centre and close to all the wineries along the Mornington Peninsula. The guest room, has a queen size bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and sink, separate bathroom and a sofa/ fold out double bed overlooking the gum trees and beautiful garden.
