Just steps away from everything Deadwood has to offer - literally - 116 steps down into the gulch. The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Includes 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full-size murphy bed in the living room. It has one full bathroom with a shower (no tub) and a half bathroom. It has a full kitchen, a gas grill on the large private deck, a private fire pit, and amazing views!
