Beth's Place- celebrating 12 years in business in 2026 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Enjoy a private retreat experience. Private entrance to bedroom suite/sitting area complete with spa-like bathroom. Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.
