Amazing house and area was more than we expected would recommend amd stay again

Our only difficulty was finding our way into the property in the dark (we arrived 9ish) because we had missed their note with directions. Not their fault.

A beautiful well appointed cottage, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The hot tub in the well kept private garden was a bonus. Poppy was responsive to questions and queries and had left some lovely personal touches to make check nice and smooth. Bath is just a short drive and there are lots of local pubs for a lovely meal out. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful place and area with rural charm and character - very therapeutic! The guest house is cosy, clean and comfortable with many items provided which made us feel welcome and at home. There is a guestbook with helpful information / instructions and recommendations for local activities. Catherine was very responsive and we felt everything was easy to understand, there were also hand written notes around the house which made it feel homely. The hot tub is lovely and tucked away in a private spot, surrounded by nature. The area is peaceful and quiet and close to The Druids Arms and Stanton Drew Stone Circle. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Catherine! I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carley’s house. Close to a main road but quick access into nature with lovely creek trails that we used for walks and runs. Really cosy feel inside with a nice living space to spend time and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Outside there are plenty of options with multiple sitting areas if the weather is right and the spa was perfect at the end of each day to unwind even if a little tight for 4 adults. Carley was very communicative, we didn’t have any issues but I’m sure they would be solved quickly if there were any!

Lovely little house about a 15 mins walk away from beachfront. Nice touches put on by host with fresh breakfast items available along with all the condiments should you wish to eat in. Bed really comfortable, clean and the hot tub was used regularly. Didn't need to contact host as everything was so well explained although Joy did state we could check out later if we needed. Great place to explore and would definitely use again of in the area. Many thanks

we had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was very clean and tidy with all the essentials. Nice peaceful area with quiet neighbours. Gill and George were very responsive with any queries. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Home from a week at Helen’s Barn. Fantastic accommodation, with superb amenities, particularly loved the kitchen with great cookware supplied. The whole barn is warm and cosy, and in a great setting. Hot tub was a real treat too. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a great place to stay . Catherine, the host was superb . Really helpful when I asked questions, and always replied promptly . The accommodation is great , with an AGA cooker , log stove , and a very comfy bed ! The lane to get there is very narrow, but you soon get used to it. We will be back !

Had a lovely few days at spaniel cottage, Heidi was extremely helpful with any enquiries. The gift box full of goodies was such a lovely gesture and was enjoyed 😁 The cottage was beautifully furnished with all the home comforts and not far from anywhere. Ham hill was a lovely walk with the dog and hopefully return one day in the future.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cottage. The location is just perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The cottage is easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean as well as well equipped and beautifully decorated. You are surrounded by fields, a stream to listen to and little rabbits hopping in the field next door! Lots of fields and paths to take your dog for a walk. Enclosed garden and property so dog and child safe. Lovely to arrive to a welcome pack for the dog as well as us- chocolate, biscuits and eggs from their chickens! Lots to do and nice places to eat nearby- there is a folder with all info needed in the cottage. Perfect getaway for a family with a dog! We were lucky enough to meet the host’s dog Rocky! What a beautiful place! I love everything about it and would go back many times! Was not too far from the centre and not to forget the lovely scenery. Sam showed us the mill and it was much appreciated! If we are allowed we will come back take care sacha and Andy xxx

We absolutely loved our stay in the cottage and can't say any faults. From the moment we arrived we were enjoying the unique style of the cottage and looking forward to our time there and it didn't disappoint. The area was really nice with the local steam train occasionally passing by and the garden had plenty of space for our dog to roam and they even had some long line leads already in place. The host was lovely and we felt very welcomed. Overall it was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in.

Holly's house is just perfect. It is cosy, clean and well located. Holly is a kind and discreet host. The garden is fully fenced what was great for our doberman. We would love to stay at the Grainery again and I reccomend it to others.

I loved everything about Little Pippins - the space, the calming decor and the location. Everything that was provided had been well thought through. Richard and Kelly were also exemplary hosts in every respect. My stay was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Caroline

Just got back from a lovely stay at woodbine villa.. We choose to stay here as it isn't far from the Shepton mallet Vintage Antiques flea market.. Such a lovely cosy cottage and very homely we loved our stay and would definitely would return.. Just felt so homely.. Very good place to stay and local to surrounding villages ..

A beautiful cottage, bath with a view and lovely hot tub in private garden. Provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful location, so peaceful. The barn with pool table and gym was a great addition. Responsive host too, a really lovely welcome when we arrived.

This was our 1st time using Airbnb the cottage was really home from home , communication was great nothing to much trouble, very kindly left us breakfast items fresh milk , eggs , butter bread and so much more it was truly amazing. the accommodation was clean and well equipped anything you think you might have forgotten it was there . we didn't want to come home it was so peaceful. thank you Ann for making our break away fantastic, I will definitely use this again . till next time take care .

Amazing house! Beautiful nature around, fully detached private house with everything needed. Very quiet and warm, there’s a small fireplace. The road to the house is single lane, but asphalted and in a good condition, so even on the low clearance car it was ok. Janice is very nice and hospitable! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Manor Cottage in Seend this past weekend. Peaceful cottage with homely feel, great tennis court and wonderful relaxing gardens. Francis made sure we were looked-after at all times. Thank you!! TJ & Gabs

Wendy was a very friendly host and the annexe was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed - and we’ve used AirBnB all over the world. Private, well equipped, spotless and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve just come back from staying in NO 1 Linhay cottages, and it was beautiful stay. Everything was clean spotless and had so many lovely little touches that must have gone into this when building and designing the inside. You have everything you need plus more! Love the open plan downstairs which leads into ample outside space and big open patio doors. In the kitchen you even get a coffee machine with pods. And the upstairs bedrooms have plenty of space with both having en-suit bathrooms. Which were lovely and all done to a high spec. We came for our wedding anniversary with our teenage son and our small Cavapoo lady. We also loved the little touch’s outside with include outside games and ping pong. Rob and his dad were extremely friendly when we spoke to them in person when we was there. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for having us.
