We came to Durango to visit friends and stayed at Ben’s place. It was a good size for us, and we greatly appreciated the large fenced yard for our dogs. The home was exceptionally clean and well organized, and it felt very private despite it being in a commercial area. The large trees and outdoor space was lovely to sit outside and enjoy coffee and meals. The home was stocked with all the essentials. We echo the reviews about the early morning trash trucks: because the home is located in an area surrounded by businesses, the trash trucks came between 6am-7:30am each morning (Monday-Wednesday, at least). The surrounding area is very quiet, but the trucks and emptying of dumpsters was loud and startling. This is not something the AirBnb host has any control over, but renters should know. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and gave it a 5 star rating. Hosts are easy to communicate with and we would stay here again if/when we return to Durango!

Tiffani was very helpful and responded promptly when I had questions and needed help. She was flexible and kind. The Place was fastidious and a great hangout. Hope to come again.

We had a blast at connies place there was space for everyone in our group and we were a big group. The kids had so much fun in the playroom. Everything was wonderful

Ricks place was well located, we have family in the area so we did alot of visiting. A very cool white Christmas. I will be back again so day.

The sunset views weren't as great as I was lead to believe as the lights from the buildings below were distracting. The neighborhood for the most part was quiet. The reason for only 4 stars was due to the water pressure in the shower. Bathrooms are important for me, while clean with great plumbing, the shower was disappointing. However, the home as a whole was amazing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The area was beautiful, private, and peaceful. It was a great place to get away and just relax and unwind. We will definitely be booking this place again. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful cabin.

Was a comfortable and spacious stay for a family of 12. We all had plenty of space in this beautiful home. Location is also convenient and easy to get to. 10/10 recommendation.

Part of our family was in town for a funeral. We have stayed in your house before and had such a great experience that everyone wanted to stay there again. There are so many great things about staying here. Close to mountain biking, shampoos and soaps were especially nice, very clean, garage parking and comfortable beds. The kitchen is spacious and the backyard is relaxing and private. Looking forward to next time !

Stayed here for a short term work assignment! The house is so cute and exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, safe street. Great heating and cooling in the house and SUPER COMFY mattress. Mandy and Bill were extremely responsive - overall great stay!
