Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Dordrecht, Kinderdijk, Biesbos, Rotterdam (waterbus) Gouda, Utrecht liggen om de hoek. Treinstation op 4 km, dus ook met OV reizen. Veel mogelijkheden tot fietsen. Zelf koken of heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. Met tv en wifi. Zakelijke gasten zijn ook welkom en kunnen na werkdag hier heerlijk ontspannen. Ook langere verblijven, informeer!!

Hoewel De Molen haar wieken en bovenhuis verloren heeft, biedt deze unieke accommodatie een perfecte balans tussen historie en moderne comfort.
