Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

The oversized covered front porch provides a weather protected outside living room area, ideal for gathering with friends and to enjoy the ducks and chickens that amble the expansive country yard.

On the Hammond Coastal Trail, cozy eco-friendly bedroom suite with expanded kitchenette, full bath, private entry, deck, yard, off-street parking. Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Close to Redwood State Park, beautiful beaches and amazing hiking trails. 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious living room and outdoor seating overlooking the large yard, orchard, and barn. 1 car garage with laundry. Depending on the time of year, help yourself to apples and plums in the orchard and fresh eggs from the chickens. Cheers!

Relax in this comfortable (approximately 425 square feet) dog friendly one-bedroom apartment in sunny Blue Lake. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, comfortable living and dining room space and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Air mattress or single cot are available for additional guests and can be set up in living/kitchen area. Private entrance with deck right outside your door with table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

Equipped to host just two optimally, but up to four guests — it has a queen bed in the snug bedroom, and a double (full-size) sofa bed in the living area. Our garage makeover project created a home with a small footprint but big on style. Blocks to the Arcata Plaza, near shopping, dining & bars.

Nice private studio very well located in downtown Arcata. We are walking distance from everything the best grocery stores, restaurants also Arcata community forest and Marsh Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperature averages around 65 to 75f two wall heater provided. This is intentional and disclosed. Please do not book if yourequire hotel self thermostat.
