Main living area includes a very large TV with satellite and a wood-burning fireplace (& breathtaking views). Large gameroom with billiards, darts, boardgames, arcade game (free play), fooseball, & pingpong. Pool and hot tub out back may be open all year!

This cabin is located in Mineral Bluff, GA which is less than 10 min from McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN and less than 20 min to downtown Blue Ridge GA. Convenient location off of Mineral Bluff Highway. You may hear some road noise from the home.

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.
