Tipi amenities includes a handmade King bed with a 12" mattress and Dining table & benches, double futon with 8" mattress, whiskey barrel sink, 3.4 cu ft refrigerator, floor A/C unit and 2 space heaters, 3 nightstands, hanging antler chandelier, compost toilet, outhouse, fire pit (Wood bundles can be purchased at either the Ingles grocery store of the Caney Fork general store for approx. $5.99 per bundle), 2 person hammock and outdoor shower and gas grill. Kayaks rent for $30 each for 3-4 hrs.

OCOEE River the site 1996 Olympic Kayaking, Whitewater rafting Hiwassee river is a lot milder family friendly to float on their own tubing canoeing and rafting. The Appalachian hiking to Benton Falls swimming at Lake McKamy or Parksville Lake scenic overlooks. This is National Forest. WIld ANIMALS in the area, but hardly seen.
