Πάρα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της πόλης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει μια ήσυχη και όμορφη απόδραση

This house was the perfect retreat for us after arriving in Greece for the first days. The kids (5 and 7) absolutely loved having the swimming pool. Even as the weather was a bit colder in the beginning, they went in every day. Although we were also happy they can swim, so they could freely move in and around the house. There are lovely places to sit in both the sun and the shade. And the view was absolutely stunning! The area is not very touristic and many restaurants seemed to be closed for this time of the year (late april, early may). But the house has everything to just enjoy yourselves with your family, play and find rest and relaxation. We also did a nice little walk into the mountains. The town nearby has a little supermarket with the main things you could need. The contact with Dimitra was always super quick and super friendly. We were all really sad that we had to leave for our next location as we could have stayed easily for a whole week!!

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place. It was the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life... The house is very comfortable, the bed is great, lots of space to relax in and a wonderful view!! Would love to return and stay double the amount of time...

Betty et son compagnon sont adorables ☺️. Superbe accueil, maison spacieuse, propre et calme, avec literie de qualité. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et idéal pour se détendre. Betty était très disponible, rendant le check-in et check-out faciles. Une voiture est nécessaire car c'est un peu en dehors de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce séjour !

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

We had a fantastic extended holiday weekend at Eleni’s place with family and friends. Communication was smooth and clear from the start — we received detailed check-in instructions with text and photos, plus helpful directions for both free and paid parking options. We were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking right in front of the building. The location is excellent — quiet, yet close to everything. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Elena as a host!

Ο χώρος είναι στον 1ο όροφο μιας μικρής και ήσυχης οικοδομής. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα χρήσης τόσο του μετρό (Στ. Ευαγγελισμού στα 10 ' με τα πόδια) όσο και των λεωφορείων που πηγαίνουν κέντρο ( στα 50 μέτρα από το σπίτι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου). Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικά επιπλωμένο, με πολύ όμορφο φωτισμό και ευρύχωρο. Τόσο η κουζίνα όσο και το μπάνιο είναι άριστα εξοπλισμένα και λειτουργικά. Το διπλό κρεββάτι πολύ άνετο και η ύπαρξη ντουλάπας βοηθάει για πολυήμερη παραμονή. Η έκπληξη ήταν για εμάς το στερεοφωνικό στο σαλόνι - τραπεζαρία, (λαμπάτος ενισχυτής και ηχεία εξαιρετικά). Καθώς αγαπάμε να ακούμε μουσική στο σπίτι μας, η δυνατότητα χρήσης του ήταν μια ωραία επιλογή καθόλη την παραμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος είναι φωτεινός και επίσης υπάρχει και αίθριο διαμορφωμένο με καναπέδες και τραπέζι, στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού, για όσους καπνίζουν ή θέλουν να καθίσουν στο μπαλκόνι. Η κα Ρένα μας περίμενε και μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που ζητήσαμε. Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή.

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Athene! Goede bedden, ruim en schoon appartement. Wij verbleven hier met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners. Het gebouw is wat gehorig (lift, buren en aanslaan van warm water). Het was voor ons geen probleem.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Κομψό και άνετο διαμέρισμα! Σε πολύ καλή περιοχή όπου έχει αρκετή κινητικότητα και πολλά καταστήματα. Επίσης, το μετρό είναι στα δύο λεπτά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί, επικοινωνιακοί κι έδωσαν πολύ καλές συμβουλές για την περιοχή!

Σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το διαμέρισμα σε οποιονδήποτε σχεδιάζει να επισκεφθεί την Αθήνα! Ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο – ευήλιο, και πολύ ευρύχωρο με μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια και σαλόνι. Επίσης, ήταν πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που για μένα είναι πάντα σημαντικό. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, καθώς βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ καλή περιοχή της πόλης, κοντά στην αγορά του Χαλανδρίου, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη για να μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα!

This place was great nothing negative to say. Had to get used to the parking in the city but I had a big car. If your staying here a small car will be the best.

It was a pleasant time - we needed a place for 1 night but still very good place

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.

Δίπλα σε στάση του μετρό στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους και πεντακάθαρο ! Αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα . Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος .

immeuble bourgeois belle entree 3 grandes marche a monter. Tres bel appartment, bien situe, tres central, en plein plaka. Beau sejour, belle salle a manger, 2 belles chambres a coucher. Tres grande Terrasse, agreable a manger ou boire un pot. Cuisine tres bien equipee, dommage qu il n'y ait pas de bouilloire electrique. sous l 'immeuble 2 cafes patisserie, 3 pubs. le soir on a eu du bruit des pubs malgre les fenetres double vitrage. Recommande chaudement!
